I grew up playing a lot of team sports but never seemed to be real interested in pure aerobic or resistance training. In the fall of 2009 I was feeling tired a lot and didn't feel like I had the energy that I should have. I wasn't overweight or out of shape in my mind but wanted to definitely "tone" up. I saw the P90X infomercial and decided to try it out. Not only did I get tremendous results, my whole mindset about excercising was changed. I noticed that I didn't dread the workouts but instead actually looked forward to them. My energy and confidence was considerably much higher than it used to be. My blood pressure was way better as well. I knew that this was going to be more of a lifestyle change than a 90 workout program. P90X has given me great success. I want to share that with others and help them achieve the same.

I am just completing my second round of P90X and have lost 20 lbs and cut my body fat in half since I started. I am amazed on what I was able to accomplish so far with it. My next goals are to do P90X + and then INSANITY! There's no stopping me now!
