I am 24 years old and I currently live in Whitefish, Montana. My journey began in Detroit, MI where I was born and raised.

Exercise and sports were a major part of my life up until I moved to Arizona for college. I then began to focus more on my social life and partying than on maintaining a disciplined lifestyle.

After school, I moved to Whitefish, Montana where outdoor recreation is a major part of everyday living. I found the need to take my health more seriously. Over the next year and a half of my life, I worked out at a local gym where I met my Coach, Elianna Dukes who introduced me to P90X.

So here I am, day one, excited to see the change in my own life and to be an encouragement and mentor for others.
