Hi! I'm Beth, I'm 25, and I've developed quite a few bad habits over my lifetime. Bad eating habits, bad workout habits, and I find much of the time I just don't have the energy to go out and do. After my room mate and best friend left for her next duty station (Air Force) I did everything I could to stay busy. I went to dinner with friends almost every night, started drinking socially more frequently and all the time I spent very little of my day working out. It started catching up with me after only a few months, granted I was out of shape and had bad work out/eating habits to begin with. I'm only 25 but can see the difference my bad habits are making just over the last couple of years. Time to make a change.
