Bad eating habits, bad workout habits, and I find much of the time I just don't have the energy to go out and do. Probably due to some of my very low energy activities, video games, reading, etc... | My Blog 10/05/09 Well, I went to see my doctor yesterday. And it seems that I've developed shin splints. Lucky for me I'm already taking the appropriate course of action.
