More statistics| gethealthyamy Presque Isle, MI I am just getting started on my fitness journey. I was very athletic in high school (basketball, volleyball, biking). Somehow that all started to slide when I got to college. I slowly gained about 80 pounds. I have been a yo-yo dieter and exerciser for years.
