When I was 12 yrs old my dad gave me Arnold's Education of a Bodybuilder book and showed me how to workout with free weights. Ever since then I've been into fitness.

In high school I really got into martial arts and for six yrs I studied the Korean Art of Self-Defense called Hom-Do. I made it to the level of brown belt.
