Hi All,
Gregg here, I am currently 43y.o. and being part of the California Army National Guard, have finally come to the conclusion I am not all I can be. So after talking with a very inspirational Aaron Mathis we decided to make a change. Like many others in the past I too have tried different diet programs but like most - they failed. So here I am ready and willing to make a change - A life
