More statistics| gibsonkc3 Saint Petersburg, FL I was always “just a runner” and never spent much time bothering with strength training. A Marine friend of mine talked me in to doing some weight training during our deployment in Kuwait. The results were awesome and helped me to be stronger and faster on my runs.
