35 years old, married 12 1/2 years to my AMAZING hubby, one child aged 21
months. Never worked out regularly in my life until starting YBB in May 2008.
I'm very motivated to be healthy for myself and my family, and for my Jesus.

I started YBB May 19, 2008. I do Total Toning Basics M, W, S and then I do
Cardio Cabaret T & TH. I also do extra ab work in the evenings before bed.
Friday and Sunday are my off days. More ...
I started YBB May 19, 2008. I do Total Toning Basics M, W, S and then I do
Cardio Cabaret T & TH. I also do extra ab work in the evenings before bed.
Friday and Sunday are my off days. This works well for me, and I'm starting to
see definition in my abs and arms.
I never worked out regularly before I started YBB. I was worried that after
having a baby I wouldn't be able to get that flat toned stomach, but as you
can see from my photo, after just 4 weeks of doing YBB 5 days/week, I've got
it! Now I have strong abs and I look forward to being healthier for my second
pregnancy.
