I will be 40 in 06/05 and have struggled with my weight since I was 5 years old. I have weighed as much as 280 and as little as 175, but mostly stay around 220. I would like to get down between 150-160. I was on a program last year and lost 50 lbs and tried to continue on it but have only been able to maintain my loss for the last 7 months (too restrictive). I started with a two day fast and did well with it. Then started on the michi ladder and the custom diet. I did okay, not 100%, with it until my 30 day mark. I had gained weight after 30 days and More ...
I started with a two day fast and did well with it. Then started on the michi ladder and the custom diet. I did okay, not 100%, with it until my 30 day mark. I had gained weight after 30 days and was disappointed. I still continued the exercise program and was faithful not to miss a day even on vacations and retreats with no dvd player (I did the work out by memory). I missed my 30 day photo, but took 45 day instead and notice some difference. I didn't weigh myself though too scared I think, I really don't like that stupid scale! Maybe some day I will.

I started the 3/4 circuit sculpting in my 6th week and moved to the 3/4 cardio in my 7th week. I am going strong on the exercises and can even do 12 man push ups now which I couldn't even do one before. I know I will get there with my eating. I was on a really strict diet for a year and I'm not mentally ready to give it up yet. I am eating much healthier than I would have before though and that's a start. I plan on following the michi ladder top 3 tiers and not dieting any more. That is where I am now at day 49 of my first P90.
