More statistics| gittinrdun I will be 40 in 06/05 and have struggled with my weight since I was 5 years old. I have weighed as much as 280 and as little as 175, but mostly stay around 220. I would like to get down between 150-160. I was on a program last year and lost 50 lbs and tried to continue on it but have only been able to maintain my loss for the last 7 months (too restrictive).
