I used to be 180lbs! A size 16! i started going to the gym doing cardio and resistance training. i began watching what i ate. No more fast food like in&out, pizza, nachos... More salads and lean protein. I began to plateau off my usual routine. I began taking Chalene Johnson's Turbo Kick Boxing classes. I saw my waistline shrink, arms tone up, and abs form!
