Here’s a little about me: My name is Shannon, and I live in Washington state. I’m married and have two children, ages 11 & 13 - one of each flavor ;)
My profession WAS as a Graphic Designer, but my passion has been fitness for over 25 yrs! It didn’t start that way though. I have Scoliosis (curvature of the spine) and spent much of Jr. High and Highschool in a back brace, so I didn’t have PE or do much physical activity during that time. Then in college, I gained the freshman 15 and that’s what got me interested in working out, to lose the weight and get strong.
Over the years I have gained and lost 10-15 lbs more times than I can count. Because of this constant battle, I have really educated myself on fitness and nutrition. I did a bodybuilding contest way back when, and was a fitness instructor for a period of time, but even though I knew what I was doing in the gym, my workouts had gotten boring and lifeless . . . then I saw an infomercial for P90X had to try it.
But little did I know, that simply ordering a workout program off the TV would drastically change my life both physically AND financially.
Thanks to the Beachbody workouts, I’m in the best shape of my life (at 47 yrs old), and thanks to the Beachbody Coaching opportunity, I was able to quit my full time job to become a full time Mom and a Beachbody Coach. This is a dream come true! I can create my own schedule and live each day as I want, and I no longer have my kids in daycare. I’m making a living by getting in shape and helping others do the same, and love it!

I did my first round of P90X in 2008 and got fantastic results! My body felt so tight and lean! Because of my results, I was on the P90X infomercial (briefly), and was on the live QVC infomercial with Tony Horton, Feb 09! What a blast!
I’ve done full programs of P90X, ChaLEAN Extreme, and Insanity. I also have almost all the other programs available and love to mix and match, creating fun & challenging hybrid workouts.
Currently, I’m doing an intense Hybrid that I put together, combing P90X and Brazil Butt Lift... I call it my P90X Max Muscle/Booty Blast. I’m loving it and getting great results!
I’m also using Shakeology to help me get maximum results. Not only is it helping me get leaner, but my skin looks better and my nails and hair are growing out of control!
