My mother and both of my grandmothers died due to complications brought
on by obesity. As I began to understand the principles that govern weight
loss & fitness, I realized that they never had a culture to embrace them with

I was gaining weight slowly with no specific intention or desire to lose weight.
I knew I needed to learn the principles to weight loss and fitness. Until then, I
was not motivated. I did More ...
I was gaining weight slowly with no specific intention or desire to lose weight.
I knew I needed to learn the principles to weight loss and fitness. Until then, I
was not motivated. I did not want to go up and down with my weight. Team Beachbody
has given the principles and accountability for lifestyle transformation. I have
lost 30 pounds and I am maintaining my weight... the good problem is that I
have to keep from losing too much. It just keeps getting better & better.

Since my transformation story, I had an outpatient surgery and have gain 10 lbs (December 23, 2010)! I am back at walking and using "Body Gospel" DVDS to help pull me back to my weight goal!
