Hi guys, Im married have a wonderful wife her name is Sharon, have two sons and a daughter and 6 grand children and another one on the way.Health wise I've been pretty much out of shape my whole life and I had a surgery on my leg over two years ago and am finaly able to get more active I have pick up an additional 25lbs on top of the 25-30extra lbs so I need to lose 50-60 lbs and get in better
