More statistics| goldenbody I remember being in the basement with some friends pumping plastic coated concrete weights on a rusty bar with the old collars that you needed a wrench to get on and off. Hopefully your partner did not need to change the weight. Those were the good old or should I say young days. Ignorant, energy, and no problem with aches, pains or being winded.
