I live in Auburn, Maine. 35 years of age married with one 5 year boy and a baby girl on the way in july 08. I grew up very atheltic playing a lot of sports. I spent time in the military where I was in great shape. Over time kife has taken a front seat and exercise a back. I have a pregnat wife and I need to change of lifestyle. I have starting to develop back pain and very poor circualtion

If it is to be it's uo to me.

I have been working out for 3 weeks and this last week the weight is coming off quickly. My overall goal is to be 195lbs. I am 35 and feeling great even just after 3 weeks. It's amazing at what 12 lbs of weight coming off can make you feel. I can't wait for the next 20 lbs to come off. I will feel as light as a feather and I WILL.
