I am a busy mother of four young children and love every minute of it. Exercise was a big part of my life before my kids were born. Immediately after their birth, my focus and energy belonged to them and there was no emphasis on exercising. I had very little time for exercise and never lost much of the weight I gained during each pregnancy. The kids are growing up quicker than I ever imagined

My transformation will be a continuous process but it is one that I will stick with to achieve my goals. Feeling good and having a lot of energy to keep up with my kids is very important to me. Last May, I started doing sit-ups almost daily because I had back troubles and this was my weakest area. Strengthening my stomach helped releive my back pains, but more of a workout was needed to get the results I wanted. It was difficult for me to change my eating habits, so I realized I needed to add cardio to my exercise program. In December, I purchased an eliptical and used it 3 to 4 times a week for 35 minutes in addition to my daily sit-ups. Unfortunately, I was getting tired of the same routine and still felt that I needed more to be successful with losing weight and toning muscles. Rather than giving up, I purchased Turbo Jam to help add varity to my exercise program. I love it!! It has helped me continue to exercise because I do not get bored with it. Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam are my favorites. Having a varity of exercising options will help keep me going. I am looking forward to summer and getting out mountain biking. I have noticed the few times I have been out biking that I am in better shape than last year and that makes riding more enjoyable. It also gives me more incentive to keep exercising and bettering myself.
