I am a mother of 2 and grandmother of 4. I work as a driver transporting senior citizens to doctors appointments and stores. It is a great job and I really enjoy it. I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my daughter saw Kathy Smith's Project:You and bought it for me. I need to lose weight and get in better shape so I am going to give it a try.
