Up until about 8 years ago, I was in excellent physical condition. I then went through several years of various physical, health, and life challenges, never having a regular workout routine for any length of time because of same. I seem to have that all behind me, but I now have put on 40 lbs. and definitely lost a lot of muscle. I want to get back to where I was ... and even better!!

I have enjoyed "playing" with the Beachbody videos I have purchased over the last few years, but I have not gotten a regular workout routine going in several years, though I used to be a dedicated exerciser. I really like Chalene and when I saw Chalean Extreme, I knew that was perfect for me. I started the program January 3, 2009 and am already seeing progress.
