More statistics| greendale worcester, MA I work as an IT director in Central Massachusetts & live in Worcester Ma. In the summer I have a 2nd job setting up tents & delivering tables & chairs to peoples homes. The job is a great workout but as soon as October arrives & the season is done I tend to gain weight in a hurry. My wife is a spinning instructor so we do classes a few times a week, but I have plateud with spinning & need | ?
