"Email Me Now") I am not allowed to send you an email until you send me one, so lets get the lines of communication open, and start a journey to change your life!-- September 17th 2007: My name is Greg, I’m 24 from Long Island NY and fat. I rarely buy new clothes for myself because every time I go I have to buy bigger sizes that I had never had to buy and this is depressing, I rather go to tacobell or get some pizza. My friends and I joke around and make fun of each other, my nickname is ogre. I rarely feel like I get a good night sleep. I don’t like thinking about my birthday coming up in January 2008, 25 being a big number I really don’t want to be in the least healthiest state of my life at this young age. So short story long, I’ll describe what got me to the million dollar body website. Back in 2001 I graduated high school, I was on the cross country team, running 25-30 miles a week and weighed 165 lbs. Then college came, and I quickly gained weight eating late night meals. My first semester my roommates and I hated the cafeteria food so every night after eating the crappy dinner we ordered papa johns pizza and ate more. This continued for the entire semester. I succeeded to bypass the “freshman 15” and managed to hit 20+ lbs by semester end. The next three years I partied non-stop. I worked hard at school work, which gave me all the more reason to party hard and drank 4-5-6 nights a week. My love for food kept me from ever becoming the “just eating a can of tuna, a cup of ramen noodles, or just slices of American cheese” Instead I made sure I had enough money not only for all the beer I was drinking but also to cook elaborate meals for my roommates and I. spaghetti and chicken parm Mondays, Taco Tuesdays, quesadilla Wednesdays.. . etc. Weekends were saved for Chinese, pizza and hot wing deliveries to our doorstop continuing nonstop. (there was no time to cook on the weekends as we were too busy drinking). My third year of college we bought a treadmill. I used it for an entire week. My senior year of college we bought an Olympic set of weights and a bench. I used that for about 4 days, got depressed that I had no idea what I was doing, no one to help me learn, and gave up on that. I figured I would go back to the treadmill, dusted it off, used it for about three more days and had enough of that. Luckily it was in the basement of our apartment so out of site out of mind. By the time graduation rolled around (2005) I was in the 200lb range. Although the mid week party has subsided, I’ve continued to party on weekends love skipping breakfast but make up for it by having a midnight snack and today (September 17th 2007) weigh 207lbs. September 9th 2007 rolls around and I find myself stuffed after a trip to a Chinese buffet. I was visiting my college roommate, sitting on the couch with beers in hand and waiting for our hot wings to be delivered. A commercial for “The biggest loser” comes on tv. My college roommate (who had joined the NYPD losing a ton of weight during the academy three years earlier, and now has managed to put even more weight back on then he had lost) and I look at each other in disgust, and joke around about losing weight. The doorbell rings, are hot wings arrive and we eat them all. Both pretty lazy and unmotivated we know there is only one way we could possibly get each other to lose weight. One would think maybe our motivation would be better looks or a healthier life style, but we are young, why should we care about our health right now. Instead our motivation, a large cash bet. we decide to start the following Monday (why start the next day you ask, we had to put it off and have one more week to gain weight and eat like pigs) and to have a 90 day biggest loser contest, the winner finishes hopefully a lot lighter better looking, healthier, and more importantly $500 richer. Luckily for me I had heard of power90. (my college roommate is unaware of it, but that’s why I insisted the bet last 90 days, maybe after the bet is over I will tell him about it). Its one thing to watch the infomercials and just assume that all the pictures are fake, and even if I lost a few pounds in the beginning it wouldn’t last. However I knew the program couldn’t possibly be fake because my aunt dawn (absmom) and uncle tony (xrayman2) both did the program a few years ago and have kept the weight off. Being in college during the time they did the program I would come home and see them on holidays, noticed they looked better but never really talked to them about it. However with 500 bucks at risk now, I was motivated enough to talk to my aunt about my weight problem and was surprised how excited she was to help me. WE quickly exchanged email addresses and she signed me up on WOWY and is now my coach. My Progress My fitness goal: Lose Weight Transformation story

I set my 90 day goal to 25 pounds There were a few small goals and milestones I have pushed through to finish my first round of p90, not to mention the motivational help by trading emails back and forth with my awesome coach absmom. and of course using WOWY, a cash bet got me here in the first place, and now I find out by working out I can win more money The two week mark was important because I was slowly changing my diet, going from never eating breakfast, but having a midnight snack, to always eating breakfast and phasing out the late night snack. Also making it through two weeks of working out, got me into the routine to aim to finish 30 days. Hitting the 30 day mark was a huge milestone for me. 1/3 of the way done, and my diet was continuing to get better. I was not one to cut things out cold turkey, and I think phasing out certain foods, or portioning them better really worked for me. I no longer look for the closest parking spot in a parking lot, I park in the middle to back of a lot, and walk it in, a few extra steps everyday will add up. Also Time to move up to the 3-4 DVD, 1-2 is starting to feel easy 60 days in, the difference in the picture IS HUGE. Not to mention I am starting to use belt holes I havent used in a few years. I can tell I am sleeping better have more energy and in general am in a better mood. Small things like this, help keep me on top of my game. 30 days left and my $500 bet with a college roommate feels like $$$ in the bank day 65, my weekly weigh in, I gained a pound was it muscle, or was it the sloppy diet this week when I was eating tacobell? Lets get back on track DAY 90: I seemed to have blwon past my 25lb goal and lost 31 pounds and over 12 inches. as for the $500 bet between me and the college roommate .. . I just cashed the check. Although this started as a 90 day bet, it doesn't make sense to stop here. As I continue this life changing journey of mine, I've decided its a great time to become a coach and help others start a journey to a lighter and healthier life like my coach did for me.
