I am an a EX gym rat and exercise science major in college. In the past 4years I have been lucky enough to recruit a wife and two young boys to my team. Finding time to get back in the gym has been nearly impossible and I haven't been willing to give up my time with the kids and my family to do so. I am excited about this program and the ability to interact with it in the comfort of my own home. I

I think that the most attractive thing is that I will be able to contribute to this program and more importantly my health in times that are convenient for me.
