I am single, 52, and live in Texas. I was pretty active until about 10 years ago and then a couple of years ago I developed arthritis and all activity stopped. On top of that I had a sedentary job. Even though the doctors told me that exercising would help the arthritis, because of the pain I just couldn't imagine doing any type of exercise.

Then 3 years ago my job took me to Barbados. Well you can imaging living on a Caribbean island the beach was my main activity. While there I joined a gym and got a personal trainer to help with my exercise. I enjoyed the workouts but some days I couldn't get an appointment with my trainer until 8 or 9 at night. Then I saw an ad on TV for the Slim in 6 and decided to order it.

I worked out 3 days a week using Slim in 6 and started seeing some results, but then a year ago my life changed again. My job in Barbados was suddenly over and I moved back to Texas. No job and having to live with family threw me for a loop and I quit exercising. But I reached a point where I was tired of being tired all the time and I'm back to doing Slim in 6 and decided to become a Beachbody Coach. I've decided that my next video is going to be Hip Hop Abs because that just looks like fun!

My goals are to tone up and get healthy again. So I'm off to push play.
