Soon to be 45. Mother of 2, I work part time. Height 5'3-1/2" Weight 119. Starting to spread in teh middle and I would like to firm that up and lose a couple of pounds.

I have been working out all of my life. In recent years I have done Power 90, Power Half Hour, Power 90 masters series and recently Turbo jam. I also throw in the treadmill and walking the track including teh stadium steps. Try to wrok out 5 days a week, although I give myself a break and do four every few weeks. About every four months I take a week off for recovery and stretch like crazy.
