I was a collegiate athlete so I have quite a bit of experiance in coaching and discipline on how to get the best out of the workout. With coaching and getting my masters in Kinesiology I haven't had time to dedicate myself to my workouts on a regular basis. I am

I play volleyball, hockey and basketball three nights a week. In the summer I add softball to the mix too. I am excited to see the progress from this program!
