I'm a 28 year old father of three. Military vet of "operation Iraqi Freedom". Like watching/playing sports(hockey, football, wrestling). I am in to tattoos. Like to draw, watch movies, and cause trouble with my kids(1 and 2 years old). I'm also married and can't wait to go on a road trip with my loving wife, minus the kids for a weekend, and show her the upgraded version of "me" :)

I've always lifted weights and done SOME cardio here and there. I'm your typical big/strong guy that just gets more and more out of shape as the years go by. The best shape I've been in was during my time in the Army. It seems a lot harder now to get motivated and stay on track. I'm sure my work demands and the additions of 3 children have something to do with that but I'm sick and tired of excuses. The bottom line is I am not comfortable with my body anymore and I've realized how much that affects my life. The good news is I can change this problem and I know that I will. My goal is to become "ripped" while maintaining/building the muscle I have worked so hard to build. Also I want to be in better overall fitness. Flexibility and cardio are very important areas I want to significantly improve on. I just want to be able to walk down a public beach with my shirt off and feel good about it. Man, THAT would be awesome.....:)
