More statistics| haisch O Fallon, IL I love to work out and have been doing so on and off for years. I decided to get serious and focus on commitment to both diet and exercise to improve overall health. I recently became a Certified Personal Trainer to improve my workouts and help others improve theirs. | My Blog 11/16/09 Looking forward to lifting again after the off week. Almost done with my goal of swimming 52 miles for the year! I will focus on running now as cardio. 11/08/09 Doing better on all the workouts. Lost 5 lbs! 15 to go. 10/29/09 Yoga and Swimming for today. I need to really work on getting into the positions. I don't think I'll ever be able to go from downward dog to runners. View Blog ?
