My name's Bryan Zardeneta and I'm a Marine Veteran and owner of a start up company called Hard Garb LLC. Hard Garb is a for profit company with a cause. Hard Garb's cause is to help Marine Veterans (and their families), who have come back from the war injured. I've been doing P90X as a cross trainer for my lifting workouts. My goal is to get stronger while adding lean muscle mass and decreasing fat. I think I'll use February first as my official start date, although I have been doing P90X on and off for about two months... maybe less. I still haven't tried all of the workouts. The ones I'm current using I chose so that I can work around my current injuries. I have connective tissue injuries in my knee and elbow. The three main workouts I use that don't seem to irritate my injuries too much are Core Synergistics, Kenpo, and Yoga.

Tomorrow I'm going to train with P90X the way it was intended to be used. My weight lifting will be secondary. I never thought I'd say that. The reason why is because I thought I was in good shape before I started P90X. The first workout I attempted was Back and Legs, and it kicked my butt. It hit me so hard I had trouble completing some exercises as well as the routine itself... and that NEVER happens! I need to master each workout before I'd feel comfortable setting foot in the gym again. I know in doing so, I'll obtain the body I have always been working for.
