At the age of 64 many things ran through my mind when Team Beachbody was presented to me.
Playing basketball 3 to 4 times a week until age 55, doing back exercises every day for 30 years kept me fit and healthy to a point. After seeing and reading the Beachbody material not so much.
At age 55 165 pounds today 194 pounds, so my goals are loss 24 pounds, improved eating habits

Lost 20lbs while working P90 for the last 76 days.  More ...

Update as of January 2, 2010:
Lost 20lbs while working P90 for the last 76 days. Purchased P90X and will start full throtlle P90X on Feb 1st. For the next 29 days I will mix P90 and P90X in my workouts.
January 18th lost 24 pounds working P90 and lowered my weight goal to 68 lbs.
