More statistics| haroldsr64 Johnston, RI Johnston, Rhode Island At the age of 64 many things ran through my mind when Team Beachbody was presented to me. Playing basketball 3 to 4 times a week until age 55, doing back exercises every day for 30 years kept me fit and healthy to a point. After seeing and reading the Beachbody material not so much. At age 55 165 pounds today 194 pounds, so my goals are loss 24 pounds, improved eating habits My Progress My fitness goal: Lose Weight Transformation story
My goal is to loose 24lbs, build up muscle with weights. And above all tone up this 64 year old body. Update as of January 2, 2010: Lost 20lbs while working P90 for the last 76 days. More ... | ?
