So far so good. I'm starting my 4th week on P90x and I'm really seeing the results. Very exited to see how far I can take this.

So far so good. I'm starting my 4th week on P90x and I'm really seeing the results. Very exited to see how far I can take this.

Update. On Day 85 of p90x. I still have 9 days to go because I was forced to take a few days off when my body was completely unable to perform. They say to listen to your body and I knew when it was time to take an additional day of rest. Anyway I have become a new person. I am leaner and lighter than I have been in 10 years and it has completely changed my lifestyle. I'm not in any rush to finish this program. I plan on remaining in the rest week for 2-3 weeks when I finish the first round and do it all again. I can't wait to see what happens in the next few months.

Started the second round of the "X" this week. I feel great. I have a whole new level of motivation to get me through the next 3 months. This program has kept me out of the bars and consistently health conscious in all of my decisions. I have been on my mountain bike a few times a week in addition to my workouts. I'm working on getting my after photo up on here.

April 09...

Here we go again. I wanted to start on the x a little earlier but every time I started out, I couldn't get through the first week. It was really hard to get into the swing of things but its OK because I'm staring my second week strong now. I started taking Shakeology this round as well. I'll let you know how it works out...
