I am 25 years old and a teacher at a school for emotional and behavior
disordered high school students. I have a boxer dog, and live in North New
Jersey. I went on a diet 10/2/08 and started at 229.5lbs and my goal is 140 I
am just pounds away from my goal, but would like to tone up now.
