My workouts this last week have been packing, lifting and moving. Hard work, lots of sweat, but no fun! Can't wait to get back to my CE and Hip Hop Abs!

I did it and I feel soooo good! I love sweating and working out! Hate to get sweaty, but once it gets started there's no holding back! Going for round 2 in an hour! Woo hoo!
