Well, I'm 30 days into my program now. I've lost 1 inch off my waist and I can definitely tell that my thighs and booty are more toned. Eating smaller meals and adding healthy snacks in the afternoon, which was my worst time, has made a big difference in my energy levels. I absolutely love the yoga booty ballet videos. I do them 4-5 days a weeks. I've always stayed away from cardio because my legs have a tendency to bulk up, but these videos combine cardio and toning in a way that I haven't seen before. And trust me, I've tried a lot of videos. I thought these would be more light cardio and heavy tonight, but let me tell you, I am a sweaty mess when I'm done, and it feels great! I can't wait to see what happens in the next 30 days!
