I started a new diet plan about a month ago. I have lost a little but nothing to brag about yet. Check in next month to see my progress.

Same story. Its making me mad. My daughter is being my coach. We have started P90X and we are doing it together and she helps keep me motivated. Check back next month. Good News I hope!

I Lost 3lbs. I am so excited. Cutting back on the eating really helps.

This has been a weird month for me. First my daughter fixed our scale so it told us our real weight. That was alot of fun. The scale said I weighed 190. I wanted to cry. The good part is when i weighed in yesterday I was 187. I was very excited about that. When I found out that I weighed 190 I did not eat out for that week. My biggest problem I love fast food. I also measured and my waist went down 2 inches. YEAH! My hips went up 3 inches. I am still working on it.

Ok my month has passed and no change. So frustrating. I am determined to get this weight off so i haven't given up.

Wow this is so tough. I got off track again. I am fixing to go on a cruise next month so I need to focus. I just need to stay away from the food. That is my weakness.

Ok another month has passed and the same ol nothing. I am going to start P90 I want to start at the bottom and work my way up. Wish me luck!

I lost 1 lb. and 2 inches since my last update. Yaaa! I would like to have seen more come off but at least it is something. I cant wait to see next month and see how much more I have lost.

Ok this is getting frustrating. I was doing so good had gotten down to 165. My daughters birthday was this month so I ate cake and went out to dinner and got off my daily routine. Its time to get back on routine because bathing suit season is just a couple of months away.

This month has not been too great. I think I have finally figured out my biggest problem. Eating. So I am trying something new with the meal replacement shakes and so far they are working really good for me. I am not going to give up I am determined to loose all of my extra weight. Stand by until next month when I can tell you what I have lost.

I have been working out consistently a few times a week but I seem to have plateaued, I think it mostly from the eating thing. I have had no real weight loss in the last 30 days but I am not giving up. I will step up my exercise schedule and recommit to eating healthier and leaner. I am not giving up, I am not giving up, setbacks come and go......and this one is about to go. Check back next month and see my progress.

January 2008
What can i say, the holiday season hit me like a freight train. Parties, constant goodies available and family gatherings, I ate it all. I was able to continue to workout most of the time (which helped)but sadly i gained 3 lbs since my last update. The good thing is i am still 10 lbs down from where i started, the holidays are over and my resolve is back. I will get back on my diet, I will wowy 5 - 7 days a week, I will get back to losing weight and I will be next years $250.000 dollar winner. Check back next month to see my new weight loss total.

Since my last update the holidays have hit my schedule and diet hard, I have only lost 3 lbs and ½ inch off my hips since my last update. I am hanging in their and doing my WOWYs and often as possible and trying to keep my diet in check. At least I have not gone backwards. I am making a renewed effort to get back on track until Christmas where I will probably relapse badly for a couple of days (maybe not) before pushing on to my overall goal. I know I have had a bad couple of weeks but I am still committed to my goal and I am going to continue until I get there. I will update in 30 days and let you know how it is going.
