Campbell, CA Hi I'm Heidi Mohs (or Heidimite on these boards!)and I am a wife, mom of 3, personal trainer/group exercise intructor and speech therapist! Whew, I'm tired. Living in NorCal, we have great weather and beaches and snow within driving distance. I struggled with my weight all my life. I never liked exercise, really. But now, I cannot get enough. More weight training! More athletic drills! More Hi I'm Heidi Mohs (or Heidimite on these boards!)and I am a wife, mom of 3, personal trainer/group exercise intructor and speech therapist! Whew, I'm tired. Living in NorCal, we have great weather and beaches and snow within driving distance. I struggled with my weight all my life. I never liked exercise, really. But now, I cannot get enough. More weight training! More athletic drills! More kicks, punches and jams! I was a speech therapist practicing mainly in pediatrics, but my life changed and the direction of my helping changed to women and fitness. In 2005 I became a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Now I get to help others get fit and find happiness in their own skin! whoop! whoop! When I am NOT training or teaching, I am still training and teaching my children (Nicole, 12; Ryan, 10; and Ethan, 4.5). My husband of nearly 14 years and I enjoy being together and trying new things. We tried kayaking for our 13th anniversary. Cool. I love movies and the entertainment industry (it's just fun to watch). I'm sure there's more, but I'll fill it in another day! Can't wait to meet you! I

My highest weight was 285(the pic is me at 265 on new years day '04). I was tall, but BIG all over. I started losing weight in 2002, but got pregnant with my final child in 2003. After that, with More ...
My highest weight was 285(the pic is me at 265 on new years day '04). I was tall, but BIG all over. I started losing weight in 2002, but got pregnant with my final child in 2003. After that, with diet and exercise and a trainer at the gym, I lost 85 pounds. But the last weight and real physical changes came when I began using Turbo Jam in 2006! My body started shrinking! I lost the rest of my weight over the course of a year and a half, with inches disappearing all over me. I purchased Power90X, and other BeachBody products, as well as the Meal Replacement Shake (chocolate ROCKS). I am excited about ChaLEAN Extreme coming out this summer! Something new to sink my teeth into!As a fitness professional now, I continue to use these formats and take their essence to my classes. I am a work in progress, but my ultimate goals are on the horizon. I hope I can be an encouragement to you in your journey! Together, we can have a fit future! Press Play!
