I'm a new mom - I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Heidi on October 18, 2006. I've already tackled the pregnancy weight gain (from breastfeeding) but my body is totally out of whack and I was slightly overweight to begin with. Now I'm trying to slim & tone my body and hopefully get down to my goal weight.

Over the past year - I've been off and on with my exercise programs. I would do about 5 weeks and then get sick and take a few months off. I've lost 13 pounds since March 2007 but I know I can do more More ...
Over the past year - I've been off and on with my exercise programs. I would do about 5 weeks and then get sick and take a few months off. I've lost 13 pounds since March 2007 but I know I can do more if I just get into a routine (which I'm trying to right now). I started doing Turbo Jam on March 17, 2008 and haven't missed a workout yet - I love it!
