More statistics| heidler Palatine, IL I've been fanatical about fitness for the last twelve years. When not using a Beachbody product, I train solo 2-3 times a week and run on the treadmill. I love to mix my long steady runs with interval training. I finished my 6th round of P90X in December '10, and have really enjoyed mixing it up with P90X +!
