I am about to turn 50 this year. I have 4 kids from 26 to 14. I have always been an active person. For the last six years time seems to be spent on working and not staying fit and healthy. So it's time to take back my life and health. I am too young to let my body fall apart. I want to be healthy when retirement comes around.
