The most I ever weighed in life was 197. I dropped the sugar and starch and got down to 133 lbs. It felt good, but I felt too weak. I tried to gain while on the same diet, but it came back very slowly. I liked the slim feel, but not the weakness or the lack of energy.

I discontinued the regimen and have already gained 20 lbs. I am at the right weight to lose 10 or 15 lbs and be happy. Who wants to be thin and helpless?
