Over ten years ago I was in the military and worked out nonstop. I was in great shape. Since then, I've been up and down. One year working out religously and the next, a complete couch potato. This past year, I allowed stress and heartbreak to get me down. I found myself uninterested about taking care of myself. I've put on about 50 lbs and woke up to realize enough was enough. I want to learn how to take care of myself on a regular basis where it's just part of my daily regimen and not this temporary bandaid for a temporary or quick fix.
