6/21 - I am a day behind so I did Fire 45 twice and I wont have a rest period because I have to do HIIT tomorrow morning. If I dont do it tomorrow morning there is no guarantee I will get it done tomorrow evening because hopefully someone is taking me out to dinner. Now look, I can't be playing with my free meals. I know how to order light. Noticing improvement in the way my biceps look and the work out I am not crazy about is Stretch 40. I am flexible but it is real hard to see the TV screen when you have to have your butt in between your toes.
