I am married with 6 kids and live on a farm. We are involved in church, the kids' sports and running our own farming business. We are a homeschooling family. My daily life is busy, but predictable and wonderful. I would like to get rid of a few pounds a tone up. I am tired of being unhappy about my weight and not taking action. I'd like to be in a healthier condition by summer. Losing weight is something I can have control over and I am about to TAKE CONTROL!
