I am 43. I live in Renton Washington. I am married with 2 teenage children. I am a patient coordinator in dental office. I love my job and my family! Our weather in Washington makes it difficult to get in workouts outside so I own an eliptical machine and a weight set. I have been a physically active person my whole life. After I hit 40 I noticed my mid section was not as good as it used to

Our weather in Washington makes it difficult to get in workouts outside so I own an eliptical machine and a weight set. I have been a physically active person my whole life. After I hit 40 I noticed my mid section was not as good as it used to be and I hate that! So I am determined to get in better shape and would like to lose 10- 15 pounds. I purchased turbo jam as a way to mix up my workouts and to have more fun!
