I am a Registered Nurse who, as many others, has put herself on the back-
burner for my children the last few years and I have decided it is time for
myself. I was a marathon runner, aerobic instructor, and personal trainer in
my early 20's but got away from it after becoming an RN. With the long hours

OK so even after having nursed my new baby boy for the entire first year after he was born on April 2, 2010, I have managed to have put on another 30 pounds. I am determined to get my pre-baby body back starting today. It will be a long road but I hope that with the help of Shakeology and the Slim in 6 series that I will be able to get this weight off soon.
