amazing shape, and set a good example for my family while trying to run

During my daily pursuit, it's always my health and fitness that loses out. It's
what I rationalize as least important because I have so many other "more
important" things to do.

Ok, so one day, I realize, "What's more important than my health, than feeling
GREAT...oh and wouldn't it be SO COOL to have a six pack!!"

I am excited to join the community and be surrounded by so many GREAT
examples of health and success. It motivates and educates me through my
own transformation. My schedule
requires travel for speaking engagement and different obligations for my
books -- so a small portable DVD player and my workout DVDs have been a
MUST. Eating on the road is never easy and neither is coming back to a hotel
room after a day of speaking and meet&greets, and then finding the
determination to press "play". But I see the dedicated folks here crushing
"play" every day and am inspired. And I don't know what I would do without
WOWY!

My goal is fat loss and to gain strength. I want to be the
weight/shape that I was when I got married 12 years ago...dare I say EVEN
BETTER!

It's all about a MIND BODY CHANGE!
