I have been actively working out for the last 12 yrs. of my life. I had a pretty good workout routine but like most if not all I had hit a wall and wasn't going anywhere and sure wasn't seeing the results I wanted to get. Back in Feb. 2008 my buddy said he bought the P90X
and come march I gave it a shot. I was over astounded by the results just for the simple fact of the muscle confusion. It is now a year later and I just finished up the P90X again in May 2009 and have no problem maintaining my results. The P90X has given me a brand new way to workout not just the program itself but what I've been able to do with it in my weightlifting. I am also getting certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a personal trainer so it's an honor to be able to bring that to beachbody. Also just getting to know Tony Horton and how he is through the system has made me a better personal trainer and I could never thank him or beachbody enough for that. Now on to INSANITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
