I am a mother of four with one on the way. I gained 15 extra pounds with the first child. I finally lost it and now want to stay fit and active with this pregnancy. I also want to show my kids how important exercise is.

I began working out a year ago weighing 158lbs. I reached my goal weight of 130lbs when I found out I was going to have my 5th child. I have 4 children 6 and under already. I did a 20 minute cardio routine 6 mornings a week. I didn't change my diet at all, I ate realatively healthy to begin with. I will continue to exercise throughout this pregnancy.
