In a nutshell...I'm a new mom working at getting my body back! I have a goal of 5 inches total that MUST go, but tightening up even more would be fabulous!I would like to lose 5-10 pounds, but if the scale doesn't budge even though I lose the inches, I will be satisfied. I don't exercise on WOWY as scheduling a work-out time is impossible right now as I try to get my little one

And I'm starting over again. But for good reasons, I just had my first baby :) I am now 2 months post-partum and my doctor has given me the go ahead on all exercise. I did have a c-section, though, so I have to take things easy as my abs are not very strong right now. I lost most of the weight within the first month, but I still have a good 5-10 pounds to lose. However, if the scale doesn't budge, I don't really care; I'm more focused on losing inches and toning back up. I've lost 2 of the 7 inches already. I have a feeling those last 5 are going to be touhg. I'm using Turbo Jam as my main program to get my body back. My goal: JUNE!
