I decided to make some personal changes and wanted to share what I've been doing with you. My brother and sister-in-law along with some co-workers have been doing this at home program called P90X. I’d seen the infomercials numerous times and it looked pretty intense but I could not argue with the results. I did some research about Beachbody and found the programs have helped many people with health issues such as type2 diabetes, high blood pressure, depression and high cholesterol. My family has a history of high cholesterol, and unfortunately I have it too. Call it a lifestyle of fast food, beer and genetics. My doctor advised me of the risk's and what I needed to do to take control of the problem. It was that and the fact that when I looked in the mirror, I didn’t like what I was becoming, an out of shape 30 something. So with that I made a personal resolution. To take better care of my health not only for myself, but for my family as well.

I've tried the gyms more times than I care to recall, and
it always ends the same. Me paying for a years membership and to only use it for a couple of months. It is frustrating to look back and see the time and money I've wasted, but I’m already saving myself from that expense the day I joined Beachbody.

So I'd made the decision to do P90X. That was when a friend of mine (who is now my coach) told me about Beachbody. He mentioned the business opportunity that Beachbody offers in becoming a coach and helping others. He also told me Beachbody was the company behind P90X… Huh, I had no idea. Anyone who knows me, will know that I do not shy away from many opportunities but I will say initially I was skeptical. I did some research. Asked questions. Did more research. Asked more questions, and found this is different from the traditional businesses I had looked at or been a part of. Not only did I believe in the product, but I believed if it could help me, than it could help others and I wanted to share that story. Today, I look forward to the future and I'm excited about my transformation. I'm excited to look in the mirror and feeling good about what I see. It is time for a change, it’s time for me to commit to bring it and stay the course. I will continue to push play for my health and for my family, because in life you can not push rewind...
