More statistics| Hughesey Essex Junction, VT I have always been an active as a basketball player & play at least 3 times a week. However, the frequency of injuries & lack of stamina & core strength was affecting my ability to compete, especially with younger athletes. I wanted to change that and I felt it was time to make fitness and healthy eating a priority in my life.
