I have been exercising and focusing on weight loss intensely for the last year and for many years before.
I have lost 30 pounds (67 total) and am very proud of my success. I am starting to feel really good and I want to see what else I can achieve fitness wise. I have reached my weight goal of 130, but am still dropping!! Thank you Beachbody for the awesome programs that you provide.

I couldn't believe my eyes six years ago when I looked up my height and weight on a BMI chart, I was obese (maybe even morbidly). I had never thought of myself as heavy or fat, just chunky. Well, More ...
I couldn't believe my eyes six years ago when I looked up my height and weight on a BMI chart, I was obese (maybe even morbidly). I had never thought of myself as heavy or fat, just chunky. Well, this was the wake up call that I needed.
I am 5'1 and need to shop in the petite section (or pay money for alterations) and you can't do that at 190 pounds. Things were big and small all at the same time.
I started that day, eating healthier and exercising. I changed a few habits with eating and I dropped down to 160. I stayed there for 4 years, still trying to eat better and exercising. I realized last holiday season that I can do more, I can get into the right BMI category and in this last year, I have dropped another 30 pounds.
I have advanced my fitness level and my desire to eat healthier has grown so much... one big feat for me is giving up soda. I used to drink a lot. Now I am down to barely one a week. It is a daily challenge for me, but I am starting to not have a taste for it at all.
I am going to keep going and make my 30's the best years. I have lots to do and look forward to in my life and I don't want to spend time feeling sorry for myself because I am overweight and tired.
I am not stopping, I feel to GREAT.
I have started the brand new ChaLEAN Extreme program and I LOVE it. I am seeing muscle definition after the first month. I am glad that something has come a long to help me get in my strength training. I needed this extra push and focus.
